Indo African Business Forum (IAFBF) is the principal non-government link between India and the Africa and its member states at leadership levels and across the full range of the Indo African relationship.

The purpose of the business forum is to strengthen the SA Indian relationship as a vital step for tomorrow's future.

IAFBF is also committed to ensuring that the African –Indian relationship should be strong and relevant for the new generations to come.

Indo African Business Forum carries out its purpose by:

Organizing convening programs in the form of conferences, business meets, seminars meetings and other events throughout the Africa, India and elsewhere on subjects of current and lasting interest;

Sponsoring leadership and professional exchanges of decision-makers and prominent individuals from India and Africa and implementing multi-year thematic programs focused at the policy level on topics in international relations, business and finance which promote the acceptance of best practices, propose new standards, provide genuine intellectual added value and produce a measurable impact upon policy and decision-makers in both countries.

A.  THE MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY TO BE PURSUED BY IT ARE:

1. To act as facilitator for growth of export trade of all permissible, commodities, Technologies, Infrastructures, Pathways between the Africa & its members and India.

2. To organize Conference, meetings, seminars for development of business, cultural activities, sports and education and various other forms of interactive sessions aimed at furtherance of relationship among participating bodies of the India and Africa.

3. To act as an agency for certification, documentation, and facilitate development of information system for all round development of business relation, and also act as catalyst for industrial growth in India and Africa.

4. To render services to various Corporate Bodies, Organizations, Social Organizations and act as facilitator for generating business venture between body corporate of the India and Africa.

5. To represent business interests of participating trade, commerce, economic and social bodies of India and Africa.

6. To make available various business facilities and services to participating body corporate.

7. To create and develop information data bank and prepare reports on various commercial, trading, economic and social activities undertaken in both the countries and make such data bank and reports available to the participating bodies, individuals of both the countries.

8. To organize awareness tourism and promote eco-friendly tourism between India and Africa.

9. To explore avenue for furtherance of free flow of scientific information and technology.

10. To promote distance learning and adoption of such futuristic technologies which contribute to social up liftment and awareness.

11. Syndication of finance for setting up of industries and commerce.

12. To provide comprehensive entry-level support system for all participating members.
